The client, international integrator of engineering and work solutions, has recently undertaken a strategic initiative to consolidate all Human Resources (HR) data from its operations across countries in the group. By centralizing this data, Company aims to streamline its data management processes, ensure data accuracy, and facilitate advanced reporting capabilities. Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) has been selected as a tool for reaching these goals.
Due to the volume, the project has been split into several phases. Kertios Team has successfully delivered the scope of first phase with Go-live in September 2024.
Oracle FDI plays a key role in helping with usage of data to drive better business decisions and improvement overall operational efficiency.
